Summary
Increases to not less than twenty nor more than forty years, (one to ten years under present law) the possible sentence for the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony which may be prosecuted in a court of the United States. Increases to twenty years the maximum possible imprisonment for shipping, transporting, or receiving a firearm or any ammunition in interstate or foreign commerce with the intent to commit a felony therewith. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924)
