A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide for the right of the United States to recover the costs of hospital, nursing home or outpatient medical care furnished by the Veteran's Administration to veterans for nonservice-connected disabilities to the extent that they have health insurance or similar contracts or rights with respect to such care, or have entitlement to private medical care under workers' compensation or automobile accident reparation statutes of any State, and for other purposes.
