Bankruptcy Abuse Reform Act of 1995 - Amends the bankruptcy code to limit the homestead exemption from a debtor's estate under State or local law to an aggregate of $100,000 in value in real or personal property (including a cooperative that owns property) that the debtor (or a dependent) uses as a residence, or in a burial plot for the debtor (or a dependent).
