Summary
Increases to 100 percent (now 30 percent) the amount of the gross receipts from duties on fishery products which shall be transfered by the Secretary of Agriculture to the Secretary of the Interior to be used to promote the free flow of domestically produced fishery products. (Amends 15 U.S. C. 713-3(a))
