Summary

Amends: (1) the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 to include within the definition of"public international organization"(and thus apply such Act to) the International Olympic Committee (IOC); and (2) the International Organizations Immunity Act to except the IOC from certain privileges and immunities enjoyed by international organizations. Expresses the sense of the Congress that the IOC should: (1) open its meetings; and (2) release the minutes of its meetings in a timely fashion.
