Summary
Increases to $50,000,000 annually the amount that the Secretary of the Army may allot for the construction of small projects for flood control and related purposes under the Flood Control Act not specifically authorized by Congress. Increases to $2,000,000 the limit of the amount that may be alloted for any one such project. (Amends 33 U.S.C. 701s)
