Summary

Lifetime Consequences for Sex Offenders Act of 2003 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for an authorized period of supervised release of any term of years or life for specified offenses, including: (1) kidnapping involving a minor victim; (2) sex trafficking of children by force, fraud, or coercion; (3) sex abuse and aggravated sex abuse; (4) production of sexually explicit depictions of a minor for importation into the United States; (5) transportation of minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity or in a sexual act with a juvenile; (6) abusive sexual contact; (7) sexual exploitation of children; (8) selling or buying children; (9) certain activities relating to material involving the sexual exploitation of minors, or material constituting or containing child pornography; and (10) the use of interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor.
