Summary

Designates the following areas in the State of Oregon as wilderness areas under the provisions of the Wilderness Act: (1) Mount Washington; (2) Odell; (3) Sisters; (4) Gearhart Mountain; and (5) Strawberry Mountain. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to administer such areas. Declares that all other lands located within the State of Oregon which have been studied as part of the Secretary of Agriculture's Roadless Area Review and Evaluation Program shall be available for resource utilization other than wilderness and such lands shall not be the subject of further studies for possible inclusion of the National Wilderness Preservation System.
