Summary

Amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish within the Directorate of Border and Transportation Security the position of Northern Border Coordinator, who shall be responsible for: (1) increasing U.S.-Canadian border security; (2) improving agency coordination; (3) serving as primary liaison with State and local governments and law enforcement agencies; and (4) serving as liaison with the Canadian government.
