Summary
Campaign Advertising Accountability Act of 1993 - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to require any political advertising communication of any legally qualified candidate for any Federal elective office (or an authorized committee of any such candidate) during any period to which the lowest unit charge requirement is applicable to: (1) be at least five minutes long; and (2) display an unobscured full face picture of the candidate that occupies at least 40 percent of the television screen area for a minimum of 75 percent of the length of the communication.
