Summary
Stipulates that no individual, as a condition for enlisting in the armed forces, shall be required to furnish any information relating to an offense for which such individual was arrested, charged, or convicted if such charge has been dismissed or the record of such arrest, charge or conviction has been sealed or expunged. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 502)
