Summary
Directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to: (1) initiate established procedures for the transfer of unobligated funds appropriated to the SBA for carrying out the small business guaranteed loan program authorized under the Small Business Act; and (2) submit a request for such transfer to the Senate Appropriations Committee. Directs the SBA, until July 1, 1993, to continue to receive and process applications for such assistance.
