Summary

Provides that no enlisted member of the Armed Forces detailed to perform duties as an enlisted aide to any officer shall be ordered, requested, or detailed to perform any service not directly related to the accomplishment of a military objective, or to perform any service essentially domestic or personal in nature for or on behalf of such officer or any member of the family or household of such officer. States that no funds may be expended for the purpose of establishing, operating, maintaining, or conducting any school or training program the primary or incidental purpose of which is to instruct or train enlisted personnel as personal aides.
