Summary

Directs the Secretary of State to establish within each U.S. embassy a Terrorist Lookout Committee, which shall include the head of the political section and senior representatives of all U.S. law enforcement agencies under the authority of the chief of mission. Requires monthly meetings of the committees and reports of all names submitted for inclusion in the visa lookout system. Requires the Secretary to submit quarterly reports to specified congressional committees on the status of the committees.
