Summary
Provides for a study by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare of the feasibility of relating benefits under the Social Security Act to prevailing cost of living in various areas. Provides that the Secretary shall submit such study to Congress with his recommendations. Authorizes such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
