Summary
Directs the Comptroller General to study the activities of the North-South Center located in Miami, Florida, that had the effect of encouraging the Congress to approve implementing legislation for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Requires the study to include consideration of whether any U.S. funds were used for books or other activities which had the affect of advocating congressional approval of NAFTA. Directs the Comptroller General to submit to specified congressional committees a report of the study's findings.
