Summary
Exempts children under the age of 12 years employed as agricultural hand harvest laborers from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act provided the Secretary of Labor finds that (1) such individual is employed for less than 13 weeks per year and is not employed during regular school hours, and (2) such employment is not deleterious to health or well being.
