Summary

Amends the Asian Development Bank Act to authorize the United States Governor of the Bank to subscribe on behalf of the United States to 67,500 additional shares of the capital stock of the Bank. Authorizes the Governor to contribute $180,000,000 to the Asian Development Fund on behalf of the United States. Authorizes the appropriation of funds for payment for such shares and for such contribution by the Secretary of the Treasury.
