Amends Federal law to prohibit the transfer without compensation from the Administrator of General Services to the Secretary of the Interior (to hold in trust for the benefit of such Indians) of excess real property located within the reservation of any group, band, or tribe of Indians in South Dakota that was acquired by the United States for construction and operation of reservoirs on the main stem of the Missouri River.
