Summary
Amends the Veterans Education and Benefits Expansion Act of 2001 to make veterans buried in private cemeteries who died on or after November 1, 1990, (currently on or after September 11, 2001) eligible for governmental markers for marked graves. States that such amendment shall take effect as if included in the enactment of section 502 of such Act.
