National Cemetery Sanctity Act - Adds the following as Federal crimes for which conviction will result in the loss of veterans' benefits, including the right to burial in a national cemetery: (1) murder or attempted murder of certain Federal officers or employees; and (2) terrorism and terrorist-related crimes.
