Summary
Amends titles XVIII (Medicare) and XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to provide coverage for psychiatric clinical nurse specialist or psychiatric nurse practitioner services under Medicaid and part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of Medicare. Increases to $1,000 the amount which may be considered as expenses incurred in connection with the outpatient treatment of mental, psychoneurotic, and personality disorders under part B.
