Summary
Emergency Health Insurance Extension Act - Stipulates, under the Emergency Jobs and Unemployment Assistance Act of 1974, that every individual who is receiving benefits under any Federal or State unemployment compensation law and who, at the time of termination of his employment, was covered under an employer health insurance plan for employees, and the members of his family if included in such coverage, shall be entitled to a continuation of such insurance. Directs the Secretary of Labor to pay the premiums for such insurance, under specified terms and conditions, until June 30, 1976. Authorizes appropriations necessary to carry out this Act.
