Summary
Amends Federal bankruptcy law concerning the discharge of debts of family farmers to preclude a court from discharging payment of allowed secured claims that are due following completion of the bankruptcy plan period. Repeals references to the discharge of a bankruptcy plan that provides for vesting of the property of the estate in the debtor or in any other entity.
