Summary

Reduces the pay of Members of Congress, the President, the Vice President and certain other executive officers to correspond to the percentage reduction in pay of any Federal employee for each month during FY 1991 resulting from a furlough or other employment action necessitated by a sequestration order under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act). Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to determine the percentage for computation of such reduced pay.
