Summary
Amends the Federal judicial code to include a chief judge of a district as a "judicial official" who may provide for survivor annuities. Allows six months for an individual who became such a chief judge between January 1, 2002, and the date of this Act's enactment, but who has not filed a written notification of his or her intention to provide for survivor annuities, to file such notification.
