Authorizes the President to call mini-White House Conferences on Aging every two years, for the year 1974, 1976, 1978, and 1980 for the purposes of providing information which is not now available for making key policy decisions in areas of special concern for older persons, evaluating the progress made in implementing the recommendations of the White House Conference on Aging, developing further recommendations for meeting the needs of the aging, and developing a plan of action for implementing these recommendations.
