Summary

Directs the President to communicate to the Government of Nicaragua that the U.S. Government will review and modify its political, economic, and military relations with, and its support through multilateral institutions for, Nicaragua if: (1) the November 4, 2001 elections in Nicaragua are not deemed by the international community to be free and fair; or (2) the President determines that U.S. anti-terrorist and anti-narcotics efforts in Nicaragua and the region are in jeopardy.
