Summary

Provides for the settlement of certain land claims of the Kaw Indian Tribe. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury (Secretary) to establish a Treasury account for the payment of Kaw claims. Places any funds in excess of such payments into a charitable trust to be administered by and for the lineal descendants of the original reservees. Directs the Secretary, upon establishment of the account and payment of the funds, to publish notice of the account, which shall serve to extinguish all claims arising out of the Treaty of 1825 (thus clearing title to certain Kansas lands).
