Summary

Interstate Compact - Gives the consent of Congress to an extension and renewal of the Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas from January 1, 1979, until Congress withdraws such consent. Directs the Attorney General to make a biennial report to Congress as to whether the activities of the Interstate Oil Compact Commission and of the signatory States comply with the purpose of such compact.
