Summary

Provides that, with the exception of section 3, the Defense Production Act Amendments of 1975 shall take effect upon the date of enactment of this resolution. States that section 3, concerning immunity from civil or criminal liability, and creation of defenses to actions under the antitrust laws, shall become effective 120 days after enactment of this resolution.
