Summary

Sets forth the purposes for which the Administrator of the Veterans' Affairs may release the names and addresses of present and former personnel of the armed services and their dependents. Sets forth penalties for the release of such names and addresses by organizations and agencies, and their personnel, for any purpose other than those authorized under this Act. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 3301(9))
