Summary
Authorizes the minor's share of judgment funds awarded by the Indian Claims Commission or the United States Court of Claims to the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakima Indian Nation to be disbursed to the parents or legal guardian of a minor. Authorizes such disbursement to be made under a plan approved by the Yakima Tribal Council and the Superintendent, Yakima Indian Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs. Exempts funds distributed under this Act from Federal and State income tax.
