Summary
Supplemental Appropriations Act - Title I: Makes supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1976, to the Departments of Agriculture; Labor; Health, Education, and Welfare; State; Transportation; the Treasury; and the judicial and legislative branches. Title II: General Provisions - Directs that no part of any appropriations contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless otherwise specified. Disallows the use of such funds to provide food stamps during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, for any individual who: (1) is eighteen years old; (2) is enrolled in an institution of higher education, and (3) is claimed as a dependent child for Federal income tax purposes by a taxpayer who is not a member of an eligible household.
