Legislative Branch Appropriation Act - Title I: Congressional Operations Appropriation Act - Appropriates funds for fiscal year 1979 for the operations of the House of Representatives, the expenses of specified joint committees, the Capitol Police, the Office of Technology Assessment, the Congressional Budget Office, the Architect of the Capitol, the Congressional Research Service, and the Government Printing Office.
