Summary

Extends from July 1, 1976, until September 30, 1977, the period during which the existing regulations as set forth in Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, governing the payment for physicians' services as part of inpatient hospital services shall be applied. Removes the time limitation on the regulations under such Title governing the computation of the costs of physicians' services by health insurance carriers.
