An Act to provide for additional income for the United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home by requiring the Board of commissioners of such home to collect a fee from the members of such home and by increasing deductions for the support of such home from pay of enlisted men and warrant officers, and for other purposes.

Summary

Directs the Board of Commissioners of the United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home to collect a fee from each member of the Home. Increases the monthly deduction from the pay of enlisted Army personnel which goes into the Home's trust fund. Authorizes the use of funds received through military nonjudicial forfeitures for support of the Home.
