Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge Act of 1992

Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Army to transfer jurisdiction over the Rocky Mountain Arsenal, Colorado, to the Secretary of the Interior for use as a wildlife refuge. Provides that nothing in this Act relieves the Department of the Army or others from any obligation or other liability to carry out or provide for the environmental restoration of such property.
