Summary

Provides for an extension of the procedures for discontinuance of service by railroads under the Rail Passenger Service Act until July 1, 1975. Authorizes to be appropriated until expended to the Secretary of Transportation for payment to the Railroad Passenger Corporation $543,300,000 for fiscal year 1975. Increases the maximum amount of guaranteed loans which may be outstanding at any one time from $500,000,000 to $900,000,000.
