Summary
Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians Distribution of Judgment Funds Act of 1987 - Provides formulae for the distribution and use of judgment funds awarded to and held in trust by the Secretary of the Interior for the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians. Sets forth specified conditions with respect to the management and use of such funds. Amends the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians Recognition Act to require the Secretary to prepare and publish in the Federal Register a tribal membership roll. Sets forth requirements with respect to the eligibility of tribal and non-tribal members to share in the distribution of funds under this Act. Authorizes the Tribe to adopt a constitution and bylaws.
