Summary
Provides that administrative grants under the Coastal Management Act of 1972 shall be allocated to the states with approved programs based on rules and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of the Interior which shall take into account the extent and nature of the shoreline and area covered by the plan, population of the area, and other relevant factors. Places percentage and money limitations on the maximum amount of such grants for fiscal years 1975, 1976 and 1977.
