Summary

Petrified Forest National Park Expansion Act of 2003 - Revises the boundaries of the Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire private and State lands within in the Park's revised boundary to be administered as part of the Park. Directs the Secretary to transfer to the National Park Service (NPS) administrative jurisdiction over any land under the Secretary's jurisdiction that: (1) is within the Park's boundaries; and (2) is not under the NPS's administrative jurisdiction. Permits the continuation of grazing on land transferred to the Secretary. Requires the Secretary to amend the general management plan for the Park to address the use and management of any additional land acquired under this Act.
