Summary
Directs the Administrator of General Services to release the condition in the deed conveying specified real property to the State of Arkansas that such land be used continuously for the conservation of wildlife. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the State of Arkansas all the mineral interests of the United States in the land with respect to which the Administrator has released the condition specified in this Act.
