Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to make a grant to Georgia to assist in relocating a section of a State highway within the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. Limits the Federal share of relocation to 90 percent of costs. Permits the State to improve or enlarge such section without Federal assistance. Authorizes appropriations.
