Confers jurisdiction upon the United States Court of Claims and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma to hear all claims which the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma may have against the United States with respect to: (1) damages to tribal assets related to construction of the Arkansas River Navigation System; and (2) lands given to third parties for station grounds of railroads.
