Summary
Welfare Reform Extension Act of 2003 - Amends part A (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of title IV of the Social Security Act, and titles XI, V (Maternal and Child Health Services), and XIX (Medicaid) of that Act, to provide for continuation of: (1) TANF block grant funding; (2) mandatory child care funding; (3) child welfare demonstration authority; (4) abstinence education funding; and (5) transitional medical assistance.
