Summary
Bikini Resettlement and Relocation Act of 1999 - Makes a specified percentage of funds from the Resettlement Trust Fund for the People of Bikini available for immediate ex gratia distribution to the people of Bikini (provided such distribution does not reduce the corpus of the Fund). Requires such distribution to be deducted from any additional ex gratia payments that may be made by Congress into the Fund.
