Summary

Provides that the fishery agreement between the United States and the Republic of Korea shall remain in force and effect until the close of the congressional oversight period of 60 days, provided for in the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act, that applies with respect to any new fishery agreement between the United States and the Republic of Korea transmitted to the Congress after May 1, 1987.
