Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to promptly convey property comprising the assets of the Missouri River Basin Project, Middle Loup Division, Nebraska, to the Loup Basin Reclamation District, the Sargent River Irrigation District, and the Farwell Irrigation District, Nebraska (the Districts). Prohibits, upon payment by the Districts of consideration for such conveyance, the Middle Loup Division of the Missouri River Basin Project from being treated as a Federal reclamation project, from being subject to Federal reclamation laws, or from being entitled to receive any reclamation benefits under those laws.
