Summary

Consolidated Federal Funds Report Amendments of 1985 - Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to prepare a Consolidated Federal Funds Report in appropriate general categories for FY 1986 through 1988 on the total amount of funds obligated or expended in each State, county or parish, congressional district, and municipality. Requires the Director to prepare a report in appropriate general categories on the total amount of Federal funds obligated or expended in each State for FY 1986 through 1988. Sets forth content, form, and data requirements for such reports. Requires the Director to provide for the printing and distribution of computer tapes of such reports. Authorizes the Director to delegate to any executive agency the responsibility for provisions of this Act. Requires the Director to operate, maintain, and update on a quarterly basis the Federal assistance awards data system for the collection of information on domestic assistance programs. Requires the Director to designate a single organizational unit to provide for data consistency and reporting uniformity. Directs the Comptroller General to review and report to specified congressional committees on the accuracy, costs, and use of data systems and reports required by this Act. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1986 through 1988. Repeals the Consolidated Federal Funds Report Act of 1982.
